G&G EGM A4 (Pre-upgraded barrel)

First Impressions-
The G&G EGM A4, or more simply, the mp5, is very sturdily built out of rugged and textured polymer. The gun is very comfortable to hold and manipulate, it is also very nicely weighted, but is not too heavy. The metal parts on the externals of the gun include, the front and rear sights, the charging handle, the flash hider, and the magazine release button, the included magazine is full metal as well.

Internals-
The internals of the G&G are very solid, the gearbox is version 2 and is equipped with an m100 spring, though the gearbox is practically impossible to open, making maintenance near undoable.
The barrel is 233mm in length and is your standard G&G stock barrel. the barrel gets the job done, but leaves something to be desired.
The hop-up unit is very well constructed and is equipped with a standard G&G spacer and green bucking. G&G hop-up units are great stock, but upgrading them is recommended if you want to get more accuracy and range out of your gun.

Final Verdict-
Overall the G&G MP5 is a great gun, it has a great rate of fire for stock internals. The fps is a little low for playing field games, however it isn't horrible. The blowback feature is pretty cool, yet impractical, though it adds to the wow factor of the gun. The gun is a great value, ranging between 130-150$, depending on where you buy it. There are a few things that the gun lacks, mostly in the category of its fps and distance, but the accuracy can always be upgraded with a longer barrel (tight bore) and a new hop up spacer and bucking.

If you are looking for a gun that wont break the bank and is of great quality I would highly recommend this, it does not come with a battery or charger so you will need to pick those up.

Overall I would rate this gun 8/10, the gun is great though the gearbox cannot be opened to put upgrades such as a stiffer spring and other items, otherwise this gun is wicked!
